Silence of UFA on the incident.. (Update on Fujimoto)

It is very interesting that UFA has been silent about the whole incident and they are trying to let the whole issue die without any concerns. The best they came up with is ‘…according to the article they are only appearing to be dating so it doesn’t concerns us.’ Hopefully the whole issue will die and nothing else in the Hello Project will happen before her graduation.

A summary of the article:

- Reporters caught them when they were going to a sauna in Ebisu.
- there are 3 photos of both of them on it:
- them coming out of the sauna salon
- them walking towards Shouji’s car
- them in convenience store
- There is also a photo of them entering the apartment complex Shouji lives in.
- The pics were taken on the day Tsuji announced her pregnancy.
- Looks like Miki stayed overnight at his place for 3 consecutive days during the spring tour in the first half of April.

Friday reveals news of the two leaving a sauna, and having a 3-day-long date. Both are seen entering Shouji’s 4WD car, going for a 2-hour-long dinner to a Japanese-style dining bar, then stopping at Miki’s apartment and leaving in less than one hour for a sauna salon. Just after midnight, they are seen going back to Shouji’s apartment.

According to FujiTV, UFA has commented on this case.
“Looking at the article, there is no proof they’re dating, so we as the agency have no intention to deal with this” .

Yaguchi comments Miki’s news for Nikkan Sports “I just saw it today.”*eyes opened wide in surprise* I will have to go and ask her about more details”.

Miki appeared on the weekly radio show “Young Town Doyoubi” and freely admits that the photos in the Friday article were true, and she indeed went to a sauna, a restaurant, and apartment with Shouji.

Okay, we gathered Fujimoto may have not made the mistake as UFA is not bothered too much with the issue. But the only interesting part is how UFA is trying to make the leadership of Fujimoto to be successful until she graduates from Morning Musume. The inside story is Fujimoto is not making it easy for UFA on keeping her as the leader for Morning Musume for long and the only way for her to step off from the leadership is to graduate from the group which is in no ones favor. All news about Kago, Tsuji and Fujimoto will continue to keep Mitsui, Lin Lin and Jun Jun very uncomfortable and they will have hard time keeping themselves relaxed and without fear.

We know how the Japanese media works; once a bad scandal of a celebrity leaks out it is usually on all news channels and would make it difficult for the celebrities to deal with it on any future TV appearances. Morning Musume is already in a bad position as of now with all of the old members now gone and the new ones are not making any good examples for the current members. Fujimoto is probably feeling lonely as she has already overgrown all members and cannot find any new place where she can fit in and seeking something new. One of the most powerful lady of Morning Musume ‘Nakazawa’ showed the most interest in the members of Morning Musume and held her control over her temptations for a long time. Of course there are times when members feel lonely, yet again, a child is not supposed to be blamed but the parents. It is all the responsibility of UFA to keep control of Morning Musume and keeping them entertained all the time. Since they are not understanding the members properly and only considering the group as a whole, more mistakes from the members are to be expected in the future.
